In 1910 my great-grandfather Burkhard Wanner laid the foundation for his own company. From the outset, his thinking and action was oriented towards a very specific goal: the greatest possible customer benefit through consistent practical orientation and uncompromising quality.

The results were machines that made it easier for farmers to carry out their day-to-day hard work, thus giving them tangible advantages. This philosophy has also shaped the following generations of our family and forms the basis for a successful corporate history, which continues till now.

Today more than 50 employees develop and manufacture high-tech machines and technical components for industry and agriculture under the custody of Hans Wanner GmbH.

The fact that we were able to increase our most important capital steadily – the trust and satisfaction of our customers – is also reflected in concrete figures: From the beginning of the 1990s to 2008, our company’s annual turnover tripled.

QUALITY AND CUSTOMERS FOCUS RUNS IN THE FAMILY. THAT HAS BEEN SO FOR MORE THAN A CENTURY.

However, this success is not only a nice confirmation, but also an obligation to secure our location in Wangen (Allgäu) and the associated jobs. This does not alter the fact that we are active throughout Europe today.

Chronicle

1910 Burkhard Wanner founds a company for the production of haymakers, fruit mills and fruit presses. Complementary, repairs are carried out for agricultural and industrial machines.
1928 Division of the company and continuation by Ernst Wanner at Isnyer Straße 30, Wangen in the Allgäu.
1928 Takeover of the company management by Hans Wanner.
1945 Development of a small tractor for use in rural areas.
1960 Technical adaptations of US plant protection products for the German market.
1974 Relocation of the company to Simoniusstraße 20, Wangen im Allgäu. Construction of a production plant for culture protection devices
2001 Transfer of Hans Wanner GmbH to Hans-Jörg Wanner.
